Product Description
The original HIKO Calves Activity Set is an innovative animal welfare tool designed to satisfy natural suckling urges and curb cross-suckling behavior in group-housed calves.
Developed by leading German livestock experts HIKO GmbH in Ulm, this enrichment system provides calves with a hygienic, durable play and suckling fixture inside single or group pens.
By allowing calves to fulfill their innate suckling drive after milk feeding, the set significantly reduces reciprocal suckling on ears, navels, and udders, preventing cross-infections and tissue damage.
Manufactured from robust, food-grade, and acid-resistant materials, the activity set is easy to mount on pen hurdles or walls, highly resistant to chewing wear, and simple to clean for maximum farm hygiene.
